Ever San Construction believes that through collective effort, from top management to project management, and involving all employees, partners, and subcontractors, we can proactively manage risks, ensure safety, and ultimately strive towards Vision Zero in our workplace. As an employer and main contractor, CJC is committed to providing ample resources and direct leadership to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all.

We recognize that creating a strong WSH culture and fostering a safety mindset among all our stakeholders are essential elements for achieving the objective of zero accidents. In the spirit of ensuring continual improvement in, embodying, and promoting a safe work culture, CJC is transitioning from merely complying with WSH regulations as enacted by the authorities to developing best WSH practices.

WSHE COMMITMENT

Implementing Total WSH Programs With a Focus on Workers' Mental Well-being CJC has collaborated with Wong Fong Academy (One of the Approved Training Provider ) For Total WSH program. We have chosen the mental well-being programs as the topic for workers. Detailed topics such as anticipatory stress, situational stress etc has been briefed to our workers.

WSHE COMMITMENT

Leadership Engagement and Empowerment of Zero Harm Workers 1. Kick off meetings are held with Sub-Contractors Project Management and CJC Project Management to nurture them into WSH compliances in our project sites. 2. A comprehensive introduction on individual project WSH requirements are briefed to the sub-contractors clearly prior their mobilization to the project. 3. WSH compliance framework and penalty systems for non-conformance are explained in detail to the Sub-contractors prior mobilization of their workers. 4. Sub-Contractors Project Management are informed that each task are to be carried out under close supervision and monitoring by the CJC.
