Achieving 500,000 safe man-hours is an achievement that reflects the collective effort of our Tengah Service Reservoir project site in maintaining a safe work environment. From our operators to supervisors, engineers to the site management team, each person has played a crucial role, paying attention to detail to ensure a safe work environment. We owe heartfelt thanks to our esteemed client, PUB, and consultant, Meinhardt Group, and subcontractors for their unwavering support throughout this journey. Strong management support has been pivotal in driving every successful safety initiative forward. As we celebrate this momentous occasion, let’s take a moment to applaud the real heroes: the individuals who work tirelessly day in and day out to ensure a safe work environment. A huge congratulations to our Project Manager, Li Yutian, for his outstanding dedication to workplace safety, recognized by MOH Holdings at the recent ceremony on June 11, 2024. Yutian was honored with the SAFE AWARD 2024 for his exemplary leadership on the Woodlands Health Campus External Works (WHCC4) Project. Under his guidance, the WHCC4 project was successfully completed in February 2024 without any safety infringements. We are grateful to MOHH for this recognition, and with leaders like Li Yutian, we are confident in our ability to drive our projects forward with an unwavering commitment to safety.
Ever San Construction’s DE170 project team celebrated a remarkable achievement on: 500,000 safe man-hours as of 26th April 2024 since the project began. During the celebration, Executive Director Bryan Ng delivered a speech, acknowledging the significance of the milestone. He remarked, “While our work may become more challenging, I am confident that by looking out for one another, we can continue to accumulate safe man-hours.” The celebration also included gratitude towards stakeholders such as LTA, CJC management, the DE170 project team, subcontractors, and all contributors. The event featured safety animations, worker performances, and a ceremony for new workers transitioning to full-time roles, followed by a festive lunch.
Ever San Construction is honored by the visit of the Chairman of the PUB Health and Safety Board Committee to our Punggol Barat Project site, providing us with the opportunity to showcase our safety initiatives. During the HSBC walk with PUB, we conducted site inspections for potential hazards and discussed safety measures to further enhance the project’s safety. The HSBC walk facilitated our Corporate WSH Manager in demonstrating the use of virtual reality (VR) training and augmented reality (AR) devices to empower our workers in real-time scenarios. With PUB’s support, we are confident in our ability to create safer and more efficient work environments. We Choose Zero!
We proudly announce 250,000 accident-free work hours as of 10th Sept 2023, since the initiation of the TSR Project on 17th April 2022. Congratulations to the entire TSR team for reaching this significant milestone. Our workers, have demonstrated a collective commitment to creating a hazard-free work environment, showcasing the values that make TSR project a safe workplace. Our success is attributed to fostering a safety culture, continuous training, sharing valuable lessons, and adopting positive reinforcement. Our collective efforts will continue to foster a workplace where safety is paramounts.

This recognition is a testament to the dedication of our safety team and the successful implementation of safety approaches in our projects. Furthermore, we had the honor of being represented by our Corporate WSHM, who served as one of four distinguished panelists to discuss safety topics and share insights on our best WSH practices and technology adoption.
Ever San Construction recent achievement at Jurong Town Corporation’s (JTC) SAfety and Construction Quality Day 2023, where the company secured the prestigious JTC Construction SAfety Award (Special Mention) for the proposed construction of flyover, drains, sewers and associated works from Buona Vista Drive to Commanwealth Avenue (Tanglin Halt Infra) project.

Ever San Construction was excited to be part of the POSB Passion Run for Kids 2023. Our staff joined in to support a good cause and give back to our community. We successfully engaged with Choa Chu Kang residents during Keat Hong Town Exhibition. Our aim was to raise awareness about the project, focusing on “Better Connectivity to KJE for Choa Chu Kang and Tengah Residents.” Through discussions and interactive activities, we shared insights into the project’s goals. It was a collaborative effort to ensure that residents are well-informed about the positive impact on town connectivity.
We joined the Bukit Timah First Diversion Canal Opening Ceremony. This event commemorates not only the successful realization of a significant project but also the collective commitment to enhancing flood protection in the Upper Bukit Timah Catchment.
We attended the Choa Chu Kang Waterworks Opening Ceremony, marking the successful completion of a vital project and highlighting our shared commitment to water management excellence in the region.
